We partner exclusively with DHL Express, FedEx International, and UPS Worldwide to ensure your wholesale inventory arrives safely and on time. Every shipment includes full tracking and transit insurance from our distribution centers to your door.
For bulk container orders, we also coordinate sea freight through vetted logistics partners with end-to-end customs handling.
Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days to the USA and Canada; 8–15 business days to the UK and Europe.
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days to the USA/Canada; 4–6 business days to the UK/Europe.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Express orders placed before 10:00 AM CST ship the same day.
Yes. We regularly ship directly to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers in the USA, UK, Germany, and Canada. We handle all FBA-compliant labeling, carton markings, and pallet configurations as part of our prep service.
Simply provide your FBA shipment ID and destination warehouse during checkout, and our logistics team will coordinate the rest.
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price paid to Qoltix.
We provide all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and HS codes to expedite customs clearance. For EU and UK orders, CE compliance documentation is included with every shipment.
Our standard MOQ is 100 units per SKU for private-label products and 300 units for OEM custom branding. Sample orders (5–10 units) are available for first-time buyers at standard retail pricing to evaluate quality before committing to bulk.
For enterprise clients and recurring orders, we offer flexible MOQ adjustments after the first three successful shipments.
We accept Wire Transfer (TT), PayPal for sample orders, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions. For established partners with 3+ completed orders, we offer Net-30 terms subject to credit approval.
All prices are quoted in USD. Invoices are issued upon order confirmation and must be settled before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of payment at no charge. After 24 hours, if production has already begun, modifications may incur a fee depending on the stage of manufacturing.

Yes. All Qoltix products ship with complete certification documentation:
- USA: FCC, UL 62368-1, Energy Star (where applicable)
- Europe: CE-EMC, CE-LVD, CE-RED, RoHS, REACH
- Global: UN38.3 (battery products), Qi Wireless certification
We do not accept factory "compliance letters." Every batch is backed by valid test reports from accredited labs including SGS, TÜV Rheinland, and Intertek.
Absolutely. Private labeling, custom packaging, and OEM branding are core to our wholesale model. You provide the logo and design assets; we handle printing, packaging, and quality control.
Custom packaging MOQ starts at 500 units. We offer retail-ready boxes, blister packs, and eco-friendly mailer options. Design proofs are provided within 48 hours of artwork submission.
All Qoltix products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended 24-month warranties are available for enterprise and distributor partners.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and a brief defect description. Approved claims are resolved via replacement shipment or credit note within 10 business days.
Wholesale orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery if products are defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the approved sample. Returns must be in original packaging with all accessories included.
For non-defective returns (change of mind or overstock), a 15% restocking fee applies. Custom-branded or private-label products are non-returnable unless defective.
Email returns@qoltix.com with your order number, photos of the damage/defect, and a brief description. Our quality team reviews claims within 48 hours.
For damaged-in-transit claims, we require photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected products. We coordinate directly with the carrier for insurance claims so you are not out of pocket.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The funds will appear in your account within 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Store credit is available immediately and can be applied to future orders without processing delays.
Yes. We require a valid business registration, tax ID (EIN/VAT), and resale certificate (for US-based buyers) to activate wholesale pricing. This is verified during account onboarding and typically takes 1 business day.
Dropshippers and Amazon sellers are welcome — we simply require proof of active selling channels (store URL, seller central screenshot, etc.).
Yes. We offer sample packs starting at 5 units for quality evaluation. Samples ship within 3 business days via express courier and are charged at standard retail pricing.
Sample costs are credited back to your account when you place your first bulk order exceeding $5,000.
Exclusive distribution agreements are available for partners who commit to minimum annual volumes of $100,000+ per region. These agreements include protected territories, co-marketing support, and priority production scheduling.
