Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Express orders submitted before 10:00 AM CST ship same day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, and local taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price paid to Qoltix.

We provide all necessary commercial invoices, packing lists, and HS codes to expedite customs clearance. For EU and UK orders, CE compliance documentation is included with every shipment.

Tracking & Lost Packages

Every order receives a unique tracking number sent to your registered email. You can also track shipments in real-time through your Qoltix wholesale portal dashboard.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, or if tracking has not updated for 10 consecutive business days, contact our logistics team immediately at logistics@qoltix.com. We will initiate a carrier investigation and provide a resolution within 72 hours.
